If you notice anything concerning, we ask that you note this on your check-in paperwork and bring it to our attention as soon as possible. Think of it this way: if we don’t know about your concerns, we don’t have the opportunity to address them. You can rest assured that we’ll work to address any concerns quickly to ensure that you start your apartment living adventure off on the right foot.

Don’t Procrastinate Requesting Maintenance

Here at The Legends, we like to think that our Hickory apartments offer the best of luxury apartment living in town. That being said, maintenance issues may occur, as they would anywhere else. The key to ensuring that they don’t inconvenience you any more than necessary is to make sure that you put in maintenance requests as soon as possible. Additionally, reporting maintenance concerns right away helps us prevent small issues from developing into bigger ones that cause greater inconvenience. To request maintenance, all you have to do is give us a call or fill out a maintenance request online.

Do Have a Regular Cleaning Routine

Having a nice, clean apartment is essential to your luxury lifestyle and it allows you to make the most of your spacious apartment. If this is the first time you are living on your own, then you might not have any set cleaning routine and that is okay. We recommend getting a good all-purpose, multi-surface cleaner, some microfiber rags, a broom, a good vacuum, and other basic cleaning supplies so that you have them on hand when you are ready to clean. Pick a convenient day and time at least once a month to clean your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room to keep your apartment looking great at all times.

Living in an apartment is a little bit different than living in a house, mostly because of your proximity to your neighbors.
